- Registration & Payment Program enrolments are confirmed only upon receipt of full/advance payment. Payment terms will be shared at the time of registration.

- Liability While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, P.A.C.E will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our training or consulting services.
- Changes to Services P.A.C.E reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel any program or service if required. Clients will be notified in advance.
- Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
